10. Regular breathing exercise
Stick out your chest and lift your head to breathe. Repeating your breath as you gather your chest can help you relax your mind and body.
This exercise when you are under a lot of stress will regulate the autonomic nerves caused by your breath, clearing your mind and gaining energy.
